Ritual Kaito Chado
Your perfect matcha in 4 steps

Heat the water
70–80°C. Do not boil to preserve the smooth, non-bitter taste.
02
Sift the powder
1-2 scoops with the Chashaku, sifted through the Furui.
03
Add the water
60–80 ml slowly over the sifted powder in the Chawan.
04
Whisk in a W-shape
Rapid W-shaped movement with the Chasen until a silky foam is obtained.
