Kaito Chado Ritual
Your perfect matcha in 4 steps

Heat the water
70–80°C. Do not boil to preserve the smooth, non-bitter flavor.

Sift the powder
1–2 scoops with the Chashaku, sifted through the Furui.
03
Add the water
60–80 ml slowly over the sifted powder in the Chawan.
04
Beat in a W-shape
Rapid W-shaped movement with the Chasen until a silky foam is obtained.
